TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
Seller – individual proprietor S.S. Lapin, registered address: Ukraine, 07362, Kyiv region, Vyshgorod district, Novosilky village, "Stare Selo" tract, building 3-A, registration number 3249318595, email sales@rtfight.com
Customer – any individual who visits the website or uses one or more services or functions of the website.
Website – https://www.rtfight.store/, where the online store is placed.
The online store - the official online store of the Seller, located at the Internet address https://www.rtfight.store/, created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale purchase and sale contracts based on the Customer’s familiarization with the product description offered by the Seller using internet networks.
Goods – any product available on the website to buy.
Proof of purchase - invoice, bill or receipt issued by the Seller.
2. General provisions
The contract is concluded in accordance with Ukrainian law and these Terms and conditions.
The place of delivery of the goods may be in the territory of Ukraine as well as other countries.
The term of payment – 100% prepayment.
The Seller is obliged and undertakes to provide goods and deliver them free from defects.
Information about the goods that you can buy in the Store is an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of the relevant legal provisions.
The goods in the store are described in detail. The website contains information in particular about the properties of the goods, its price and the material from which it is made.
By entering into this contract, the Customer fully accepts Privacy Policy, these Terms and conditions, including of placing an order, payment terms, delivering the product, returning/exchanging, and all other terms of the agreement.
The Seller has the right to make any changes to these Terms and conditions without any prior notice. Changes to the terms become effective upon publication on the website https://www.rtfight.store/ and apply to any order placed after publication.
3. Subject of the contract
The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay and receive the goods under the terms of this contract.
The contract with the Customer is concluded when the order is paid.
4. Placing an order
The Customer can place orders in the Store 24 hours a day, but orders placed on non-working days (Sundays and holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
The fact of placing an order by the Customer is an indisputable fact that the Customer accepts the terms of this contract. The Customer who purchased the goods in the Seller's online store (who placed an order) is considered as a person who has entered into relations with the Seller under the terms of this contract.
After placing the order, the Customer receives information about his order at the e-mail address specified by him, indicating the cost of the goods, the address and the cost of delivery.
When placing an order on the website of the online store, the Customer undertakes to provide the information necessary for the Seller to fulfill the order.
If any of the parties to the contract needs an additional information, such party has the right to request it from other side.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
After placing the order, the Customer is provided with information about the estimated delivery date of the order. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered goods in the Seller's warehouse, the time required for the processing and the time required for the shipment company to deliver the order.
5. Price and delivery of goods
The prices of goods and settlement with the Seller are carried out in EUR.
The maximum order processing time to send the shipment to the Customer is 3 business days.
The cost of delivering the product to the Customer is separately added to the price of the product, which is indicated on the website of the online store, after which the total amount to be paid by the Customer is indicated.
When placing an order, the Customer pays 100% of the cost of the goods and of delivery in favor of the Seller. The Customer's obligation to pay for the goods is considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds on his account.
In case of international delivery all types of shipments go through an import clearance process as determined by custom’s regulations in the destination country. The shipment is cleared through customs based on the type of goods, origin country, the value and quantity. Dutiable shipments are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.
The calculation of duties depends, in most countries, on the assessable value of a dutiable shipment. For the purpose of this calculation, dutiable goods are given a classification code that is known as the Harmonized System code, which determines the applicable duty rate. This system is a multipurpose international product nomenclature developed by the World Customs Organization and continues to evolve.
The payment of duties, taxes and other fiscal charges are the responsibility of the Custumer.
Settlements between the Seller and the Customer for the goods are made by the methods specified on the website of the online store.
The Seller tries to adhere to the agreed delivery terms as much as possible. The Seller is not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the fault of the Seller that could not have been foreseen.
6. Return and exchange
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer can cancel the order without giving reasons and return the goods as well as exchange it within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. This shall be possible only if the product is not damaged, changed, copied or used in any way. Please send the goods with the completed return/exchange form to the following address:

The Customer makes the return at his own expense. The Seller shall return the price of the product; shipping costs and other transaction-related costs are non-refundable.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and conditions, Ukrainian law On protection of property rights shall apply.
The price of the product is subject to refund by bank transfer to the Customer's account.
The Seller is liable to the Customer if the product sold has a physical or legal defect (warranty), where the physical defect is the non-compliance of the delivered products with the contract. The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 (two) years from the date the product was issued to him by the Seller.
The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint within fourteen calendar days and inform him about the further course of action.
In order for the Seller to consider the complaint, the Customer should deliver the complained product clean and hygienically packed along with proof of purchase of this product(s) to the Company and a description of the complaint.
If the complaint is considered in favor of the Customer, the Seller will immediately replace the defective product with a defect-free one or remove the defect. This does not affect the Customer's ability to submit a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with applicable regulations. If it is not possible to replace the product, remove the product defect or reduce the price, the Seller will refund the amount immediately in accordance with applicable law.
7. Liability of the parties
The Seller and the Customer are responsible for fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of these Terms and conditions.
The Seller or the Customer is released from responsibility for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations, if the non-fulfillment is the result of such force majeure circumstances as: war or military actions, earthquake, flood, fire and other natural disasters that occurred regardless of the will of the Seller or Customer after concluding this contract. A party that cannot fulfill its obligations shall immediately notify the other party.
8. Other conditions
The Customer`s personal data are protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Seller .
None of the provisions of these regulations are intended to violate the rights of the Buyer. It cannot also be interpreted in this way, because in the event of non-compliance of any part of the regulations with applicable law, the Seller declares absolute compliance with and application of this law in place of the challenged provision of the regulations.
All disputes that arise between the Customer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach a settlement of the disputed issue through negotiations, the Customer and/or the Seller have the right to apply for a resolution of the dispute to the judicial authorities of the current legislation of Ukraine.
